It's magnificent, splendid. But a lack of organization. You buy the tickets but you don't know which queue to get into. It's stressful. Whereas if there were signposts. Those who already have their ticket, those who don't. The tour at such and such an hour... In short... And I find it really very, very crowded. It's impossible to take nice pictures. But it's still a great experience.

I also liked the Giralda and the Alcazar, but I recommend the former only for people with healthy legs, because you can get up on a 35-turn ramp. True, there are little window boxes with seats for resting.

Wonderful place, I really didn't want to leave! The garden is just breathtaking. Get the ticket in advance! Beware, the ticket controllers are strict. My friend is a flight attendant and her flight was suddenly moved to an earlier one. She had a ticket to the Alcazar but of course would like to get in earlier so she wouldn't miss work. The security didn't let her in and there was no possibility to switch time slot or get your money back.

Both the indoor part and the gardens are beautiful. Buying tickets with Headout was easy and made us avoid the queues.

Admission for four people worked without any problems for all three sights we had booked with the help of the clearly laid out app. Despite the high season, there were no waiting times, just a quick security check (backpacks checked) and then we were off. Seville is beautiful and offers an infinite number of magnificent sights for people interested in art history. The view from the Giralda over the sea of houses in Seville is fantastic.

The Real Alcazar is a wonderful and well-preserved place. The gardens are manicured and lush. We did not have to queue at all having purchased our tickets in advance and used the audio guide in Italian included in the cost of the ticket. An excellent experience!

We preferred the Alcazar! An afternoon of strolling, our eyes drawn everywhere by the castle's décor, and a long walk in the gardens.

Everything is superb! Too bad we didn't have a guidebook, and audio guides require you to download an app and have a good battery!

Third time visiting and equally wonderful each time. Phone guide was really interesting and informative. Just wish there had been better labelling to help find each room/area. Would love to come back again .

A must-see in Seville

The official website no longer had tickets to the Seville Cathedral for the day. Managed to buy through an intermediary in total not overpaying much. I recommend for those who miss buying tickets in time on the official site. The cathedral with the Giralda is worth a visit.

We were able to enter quickly at the appointed hour but there was no fast line. Very nice view from the Geralda Tower. Easy to go up with enough recup places to rest and also have a nice view.

Punctuality of appointments and pick-up! On the other hand, some rather cavalier schedule changes the day before could have caused us to cancel our visit by moving it from 1:00 pm to 11:00 am. All the more so as we learnt that the morning of the tour was partially booked. 11H00: Cathedral+Giralda and 15H00: The Alcazar.

The experience was ten, our guide, Guadalupe, was a great professional, explained very well, and in detail, the visit to the cathedral. Very nice and pleasant. We also did with her the guided visit to the Alcazar. We were delighted. A totally recommendable experience, essential in the visit to Seville. I would repeat, no doubt.

Beautiful experience that is worth the price of the ticket especially if done with a tour guide, I highly recommend the skip the line which we did and it allowed us to enter without waiting, there is a kiosk inside, a little expensive, but it is all part of a wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

very good guides. BUT I was not informed that the tour was postponed by 2 hours. The subcontractor (concierge sthose) claims to have sent me an email. I received nothing, not even via the Head Out app. Maybe they sent via What's app. If that's the case, they should let us know because when you arrive from overseas, you don't necessarily have access to your cell phone number. In short, it was the guides who saved the day, because I was really frustrated at having to change my entire day's schedule without notice. I will not do business with headout again.

The tour by the guide was very good and detailed/informative. You could ask questions and got answers immediately. Well done. What was problematic - for us - was the general rush and the resulting chaos of voices. But that's just the way it is! All in all, it was very good.

The visit was interesting but afterwards we took a tour again x better understand the internal architectural structure .Being an unusual cathedral without a floor plan in hand it is difficult to understand it . The guide was comprehensive and engaging

The ticket read that it was a 1 hour tour. It did not start on time and was longer than expected. We had to leave before we had seen everything as we didn't allow enough time. The tour and guide were great though
