Wonderful place, I really didn't want to leave! The garden is just breathtaking. Get the ticket in advance! Beware, the ticket controllers are strict. My friend is a flight attendant and her flight was suddenly moved to an earlier one. She had a ticket to the Alcazar but of course would like to get in earlier so she wouldn't miss work. The security didn't let her in and there was no possibility to switch time slot or get your money back.
It's so beautiful! It's a must-see, along with the cathedral and Giralda tower. But the Alcazar gardens are a jewel! We recommend

We preferred the Alcazar! An afternoon of strolling, our eyes drawn everywhere by the castle's décor, and a long walk in the gardens.

Third time visiting and equally wonderful each time. Phone guide was really interesting and informative. Just wish there had been better labelling to help find each room/area. Would love to come back again .
We were fortunately just in time to book a combo ticket! It's actually better to do it before you travel! Very easy to book online and pay with your phone and then you get a QR code in your mail and with that you can go to the cathedral and the palace! Both very worthwhile!

Alcazar was very beautiful to look at. Unfortunately, we were unable to visit the gardens due to the weather. You can move around freely and see everything at your leisure. In the low season, things are also more leisurely. It makes sense to buy tickets in advance. The Cathetral is definitely a must-see. The bell tower offers a fantastic view over Seville from the top. Simply fantastic.

The cathedral of Seville is impressive for its sheer size, wonderful Gothic architecture and ornate decoration. One can only marvel at the construction and craftsmanship of the masters of the Middle Ages. There are always very long queues at the ticket counter. With the headout ticket, we were able to enter the cathedral and La Giralda tower at the selected time without queuing. I can only warmly recommend booking in advance. The ascent to the tower has a special feature, as there are no stairs leading to the viewing platform, but slopes. From the platform, you have the whole of Seville below you, but always through the safety bars. Unfortunately, this diminished the experience somewhat.

Very nice visit, the interior is magnificent. The view of the high gardens is sublime! Entrance fairly organized for the time slot reserved. Only downside: when we walk through the gardens, there are black metallic spotlights all over the grass, as well as multiple garlands that are omnipresent on all the vegetation (for the light show that takes place at night), which strongly "breaks" the natural feel of the garden during the day...

The Alcazar is an architectural marvel and the gardens surpass it in beauty if that is possible! The atmosphere is magical and relaxing! The cathedral has an increvile altar and the Giralda makes one love Seville from above! One cannot visit Seville without admiring this place!

Really good tour. The guide was incredible and informed.
Our tour guide, Lina, was passionate, informative and humorous. Truly made our experience one to remember!
La visite réalisée avec Ghislaine était très vivante, un lieux magnifique, Ghislaine a su nous donner le contenu historique et réaliste. Bien organisé, la visite aurait pu durée 1 heure de plus, c'était passionnant
Beautiful visit worth the price (comments, and beauty of the Alcazar, enhanced by the humor and knowledge of Francesco, our guide. A cathedral steeped in history, too much rococo for my taste... It's a pity he didn't give us the tickets to take advantage of other free tours including: colegial del salvator...

The guides are very friendly and make the visits very pleasant. The sites are extraordinary, of course, especially the real Alcazar. The only drawback is that the combo was done in 2 parts, at 11 a.m. then 2:45 p.m., and it's not presented that way.

First part in the cathedral had poor audio equipment , audio kept breaking up even within 10m of the speaker. Second part in Alcazar had much better and reliable audio equipment. Both presentors were good and informative. I do wish there would have been a few more short breaks as we had senior citizen with us and its hard to stay up 2.5hrs non-stop.
Well done to our guide for his passion for the city and his humorous comments. Well organized and on time.

The architecture was amazing. Unfortunately when booking the tour it was advertised as 2 h 30 mins, our tickets said 3 hours. However 3 hours into the tour we had to leave missing a lot of Alcazar...

The guides were spectacular, they controlled the information 100%. I would only highlight that we were not warned at any time that the visit of the Alcazar was in the afternoon when the schedule as it came, at all times of the combo, was at 11:00 hours. Good thing we did not have anything paid for the afternoon !!!! Overall a good experience 😊😊😊😊

Our guide was enthusiastic, had loads of great knowledge and made the experience enjoyable with lots of side stories of both history and myth.
The guide was great. Very professional. She knew how to lead the group and her explanations were enjoyable and interesting. The visit was on schedule but was short. It is true that in the description the duration is advanced. I do not feel cheated but the cathedral of Seville gives for at least half an hour more. The impression is that there are many things left unfinished.

Our guide was very knowledgeable and funny. It was hard to find him in the very crowded square. We almost missed the tour!
The tour was pleasant, a little difficult to remember everything, but the guide answered visitors' questions with ease. The most impressive part of the tour was the lovely view of the Giralda from the orange tree courtyard. Sublime.

The experience was unique and amazing! The cathedral is fascinating from the outside but moreso from the inside. Each chapel gives a mesmerising touch. The Giralda tour is a good physical exertion thereby not adequate for everyone but its worth the views

Opportunity to see the Cathedral, guide seemed good but couldn't really tell as the audio guides were useless - garbled on and off unclear. Heard almost nothing of the commentary
The tour guide was very knowledgeable and explained the history in an interesting yet lighthearted manner! In short he was brilliant!
We went into the cathedral 45 minuten late because the sound amplifiers didn't work two different ones, so the whole group had to wait and received new amplifiers twice. This wasn't the fault of the guides, they kept cheerful trying to fix this but this was bad management from the host organisation. The Guide ( Xavier?) was very good and knew a lot of historical and fun facts.factuur.
The "jesus" guide was very good and animated the tour with humour. The audio equipment enabled us to follow the explanations from a distance, which is very important. The cathedral is magnificent.

What I particularly appreciated about this experience was our guide, who was both knowledgeable and humorous. This made the discovery of the cathedral's history captivating. We visited the essential parts of the site, leaving out some parts, but that's no problem - it's perfectly possible to explore them on your own after the guided tour.

The Cathedral was incredible - hige and gothic. Ticketing was not the best as I couldn't get the tickets downloaded into my Google wallet and without access to a printer entry was not the best BUT the staff were marvellous and very, very helpful.
Buying and redeeming tickets was very easy and worked very well. It was very crowded and noisy in the cathedral, some areas were blocked or covered and therefore not visible. At the top of La Giralda, the view is good, but is obstructed by a complete wire mesh fence, making it impossible to take photos.

You still have to queue if you don't get in without any problems. For Alcaraz, connection problems and difficulty following the numbers. Revisit the tour with arrows for orientation.

Ticketing experience was fine. Information with regards to clothing is inconsistent with what is allowable. We saw men wearing shorts, whereas the description said coverings below the knee. Similar for women.
First a quick look at the location and asked how long in advance we could report for the time slot. 20 minutes + passports because of pensionadas. Well n long line, but went very fast. TIP: - make sure shoulders are covered AND no shorts. Closely monitored. - Keep ticket (physical or digital) at hand + passports [over 65 years]. For the rest: impressive cathedral!

Ein ständig neues Laden des Audioguide hat die ganze Führung zunichte gemacht. Der Audioguide konnte nicht unter den Downloads installiert werden!
The Cathedral is absolutely beautiful. And our guide was excellent. Two reasons for good rather than awesome - 1)The crowds. If possible restrict the number of people inside at any given point. And yes I would pay more to get a more exclusive slot so I can admire the magnificence. 2) A 1 hour tour is too short, we need more time to explore and absorb the beauty
