The Alcázar’s opening hours vary during the winter and summer. During the winter schedule (October 1 to March 31), the Alacazar is open from 9am to 5:30pm. The security didn't let her in and there was no possibility to switch time slot or get your money back.

It's magnificent, splendid. But a lack of organization. You buy the tickets but you don't know which queue to get into. It's stressful. Whereas if there were signposts. Those who already have their ticket, those who don't. The tour at such and such an hour... In short... And I find it really very, very crowded. It's impossible to take nice pictures. The Real Alcazar is a wonderful and well-preserved place. The gardens are manicured and lush. We did not have to queue at all having purchased our tickets in advance and used the audio guide in Italian included in the cost of the ticket. An excellent experience!

Punctuality of appointments and pick-up! On the other hand, some rather cavalier schedule changes the day before could have caused us to cancel our visit by moving it from 1:00 pm to 11:00 am. very good guides. BUT I was not informed that the tour was postponed by 2 hours. The subcontractor (concierge sthose) claims to have sent me an email. I received nothing, not even via the Head Out app. Maybe they sent via What's app. If that's the case, they should let us know because when you arrive from overseas, you don't necessarily have access to your cell phone number. In short, it was the guides who saved the day, because I was really frustrated at having to change my entire day's schedule without notice. I will not do business with headout again.
The tour by the guide was very good and detailed/informative. You could ask questions and got answers immediately. Well done. What was problematic - for us - was the general rush and the resulting chaos of voices. But that's just the way it is! All in all, it was very good.

The Cathedral iself is awesome, of course. That's why we are here. And in the event, the ticketing and entrance to it was just fine, as there was no queue to skip so 'skip-the-line' was unneceaasry'. Two hours later there was a HUGE queue, being carefully policed. See emails for my problem acessing tickets however. Your App is not easy and intuitive to use. The Audioguide was a complete washout, as it reqired a "Validation Code" to function and nowhere on the ticket nor your communications, app, or emails to me was there such a number. Obvious or not. Thus we had no other guidance during our visit than the heavily theological propaganda of the Catholic establishment.
The experience was unique and amazing! The cathedral is fascinating from the outside but moreso from the inside. Each chapel gives a mesmerising touch. The Giralda tour is a good physical exertion thereby not adequate for everyone but its worth the views

Totally worth it. Skipping the long ticket lines saves you valuable time, especially during busy seasons. The Cathedral is stunning—massive, awe-inspiring, and full of history (don’t miss Columbus’s tomb). Climbing La Giralda is a must for panoramic views of Seville.
Seville cathedral and Giralda tower were absolutely beautiful and steeped in fascinating history. Our guide, Hector, was so friendly, enthusiastic and most of all so knowledgeable - he really bought the rich history alive with good humour. His passion was clear, he was not clock watching so we got some extra time.
I enjoyed seeing the cathedral at my own pace, without a guide. Some pretty spectacular views inside and especially from the bell tower. The walk up is relatively easy on brick-paved ramps, no stairs until the end up to where the bells are. There are several spots to sit and rest if you care to along the way. All the employees were very helpful and courteous.
The overall experience of the cathedral was amazing! So nice to walk around and see all the amazing artefacts. We purchased queue jump tickets but, they said this wasn't a thing and had to join the long line.
At first the attendants told me that the tickets were not accepted so I had to have them regularized by a point of sale that instead told me they did not do this service. Back at the cathedral entrance in 43 degrees in the shade the guy apologized for the mix-up and let us in. The cathedral of course is beautiful but Er the heat we did not go up the tower.

As the website etc. asks you to dress appropriately, we put on something long that covered our knees and shoulders and didn't wear headgear when it was 42 degrees outside. Once we were there, we realized that everyone who paid was allowed in regardless of their clothing, even in very tight shorts, with a huge neckline, etc. It seemed to us as if no values were represented here other than greed. In other cities, much stricter attention was paid to this. You have to think about it: do you want any money at any price? Then you should also remove the notice from the website, it leaves a bad aftertaste...
It was not entirely clear that the audio guide had to be downloaded on one's phone. That could be stated more explicitly. We thought an audio guide could be picked up in the cathedral itself.
Overall the experience was very good. There was a delay getting the tour going once we walked to the Cathedral, as there was a family of 3 delayed joining us for some reason, despite there being a head count prior to us setting off from our meeting point. Our guide Julio was very knowledgeable and encouraged questions from the tour party. The tour and guide was very good and our party of 2 thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
Getting in was OK but it could be clearer where the pre-paid tickets can enter. Once in, we loved exploring the cathedral. There was lots of information on the paintings and sculptures (though I always want more background info). The bell tower was a real highlight. Thanks

The Palacio de las Dueñas is a feast for the eyes. The audio guide is a great way to see the different parts of the palace. A visit is highly recommended.

Admission for four people worked without any problems for all three sights we had booked with the help of the clearly laid out app. Despite the high season, there were no waiting times, just a quick security check (backpacks checked) and then we were off. Seville is beautiful and offers an infinite number of magnificent sights for people interested in art history. The view from the Giralda over the sea of houses in Seville is fantastic.

The Alcázar is AMAZING, we all loved the experience, one of the best we had in Spain so far. The guide was super nice and it's huge with lots of beautiful sights and history attached to the location.
The official website no longer had tickets to the Seville Cathedral for the day. Managed to buy through an intermediary in total not overpaying much. I recommend for those who miss buying tickets in time on the official site. The cathedral with the Giralda is worth a visit.

We were able to enter quickly at the appointed hour but there was no fast line. Very nice view from the Geralda Tower. Easy to go up with enough recup places to rest and also have a nice view.
I also liked the Giralda and the Alcazar, but I recommend the former only for people with healthy legs, because you can get up on a 35-turn ramp. True, there are little window boxes with seats for resting.
Wonderful place, I really didn't want to leave! The garden is just breathtaking. Get the ticket in advance! Beware, the ticket controllers are strict. My friend is a flight attendant and her flight was suddenly moved to an earlier one. She had a ticket to the Alcazar but of course would like to get in earlier so she wouldn't miss work.
